Andrew and I debated on buying an existing home or building a new home. In the end, of course, we decided to build, and so far it has been so much fun! We went to the Ball Homes selection room to pick out all of the fun details for our new house. Sounded great, until we realized we love upgrades- as the “standard” was VERY basic.

We went with warm neutral colors and so far I am thinking the new color scheme will be very earthy with warm brown, tan, cream and green. Hopefully relaxing and beautiful.
